The Tri-Valley Conference has established a protocol for each member school to handle the requirements passed down by the MHSAA and governor’s office in regards to athletic event admittance and ticket/pass allotment. I will list the points of interest and procedures.
Each of the listed sports will be affected by our guidelines.
Each parent or household will be allowed two passes for purchase for each athlete you may have on a listed, specific team.
The total cost of these two pass purchases are broken down by sport at the end of this document.
These passes will admit you to all home games of that particular sport with the exception of state competitions (districts, regionals, playoffs, etc.) or individual school tournaments and ONLY away games of Tri-Valley Conference teams.
Tri-Valley Conference Teams:
TVC (8) Garber, Frankenmuth, Birch Run, Bridgeport, Freeland, John Glenn, Swan Valley and Alma
TVC (10) Nouvel, Michigan Lutheran Seminary, Valley Lutheran, St. Louis, Ithaca, Hemlock, Standish-Sterling, Bullock Creek, Carrollton and Millington.
You will need to purchase these two passes if you choose to be allowed admittance to any or all of these events. Passes can be purchased during regular school hours from 10:00AM to 3:00PM at Bridgeport High School’s main office. Please have exact change or a check written to Bridgeport High School Athletics for the amount for each sport at the bottom of this document. There will be no replacements if passes are lost. Passes can be purchased at Bridgeport High School main office starting Monday,September 14th. Again, the hours are from 10:00AM to 3:00PM.Social distancing and masks are required for all in attendance. There will be no exceptions and zero tolerance with this handed down policy.
The cost of the seasonal pass is not eligible for exchange or refund.

These fall season passes will become effective at athletic events beginning on Wednesday, September 16th. Punch cards or other types of passes will NOT be accepted at this time. Punch cards and other types of passes will be honored again when guidelines are lifted.
